Refunds and cancellation

Cancel anytime
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@scamsift.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium access normally remains available through the end of the paid billing period.
Fourteen-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of an initial Premium payment or subscription renewal. Send the request from the account email and identify the payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
After the refund window
Payments are generally non-refundable after 14 days, including for unused time or unused checks. We may nevertheless correct duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other exceptional situations at our discretion and as required by law.
Service availability
Premium purchases a higher personal-use check allowance, not stronger data coverage or a guarantee of uninterrupted access. If a prolonged service failure materially prevents use of Premium, contact us so we can review an appropriate credit or refund.
Disputes
Please contact us before starting a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. This does not prevent you from exercising rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
